# Server Rack
#homelab
I purchased most of my equipment on Newegg.
The inert parts:
- 12u rack (16" deep)
- 1u 10" shelf
- 2u 16" shelf
- 1u 12" drawer
- 1u 24-port Cat 6 patch bay
The ert parts:
- 1u CyberPower 500VA 300W UPS (OR500LCDRM1U)
- 1u TP-Link 24-port gigabit ethernet switch (TL-SG1024S)
- 1u Pyle 9-switch power-strip (PDB C70)
- a long ribbon of red LEDs
Something I wish I had is a 2u drawer mount. Something that takes up 2-3u on the rack, and to which I can mount 2u of equipment, and it slides out like a drawer. I would use this to make patching easier. Not sure this kind of thing exists, maybe I can fabricate it? The TP-Link has little wing-arm adapters, so there is room in there for the slides.
